Connie Perdreau received her B.A. in French Literature and Education at Potsdam College, New York; studied at Universite de Poitiers, France; earned both an M.A. in French Literature and an M.A. in Linguistics/Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Ohio University.
She was a founding member of the International Association of Black Professions in International Affairs, and a Founding Member of the International Black Professions in TESOL. She has written and presented more than 100 scholarly and articles and presentations in the field of international education.
Connie is a dual national citizen of the United States and France.
Retired from Ohio University, she is currently the director of the Haggerty English Language Program at SUNY New Paltz.
